Full Moon Workshop – March Focus: Eclipses
Each month the moon gifts us opportunities to release, receive, create and replenish, while being fueled by lunar support. Within the moons phases, messages and clues about our personal & collective evolution exist ~ if we are willing to engage the moon and the messages she brings, beautiful transformation + potent magic can occur.
The onset of the eclipse season takes place with March’s full moon eclipse in the sign of Libra. During these eclipse ‘portal periods’ amplified transformation (whether we like it or not) and radical redirection of our energy can take place - especially in areas of our lives pertaining to relationships, boundaries, and independence.
In this workshop not only will you learn about eclipses/how to navigate through them, you will:
+ Gain Insight & Understanding as to How the Moon is Affecting/What it is Asking of you
+ Engage in a Releasing/Catalyzing Lunar Ritual
+ Journey Inward through a Guided Meditation

It is connecting to your desires, wants, & needs - as well as the deservability needed to satiate them.
It requires moving out of logic + reason and into feeling + sensation.
The journey will ask you to confront past hurts the body has stored, social/inherited shame, and outdated feminine lineage patterning.
With classes set up to be both learning/experiential and movement based, you’ll leave feeling integrated & grounded.
There is nothing more powerful than a woman who knows what she wants, feels she deserves it, and has no fear with receiving it.

+ Wear something that makes you feel ultra luscious & beautiful, as well as something you are comfortable moving in.
+ Bring items to set up your personal movement space (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc.)
+ Have something to write with/write on handy as well as any meditation accoutrements
