Payment, Cancellations, & Monthly Appointment Policy:

If this is your first session, and/or you do not have a card on file, you will be asked to pay for your session at the time of booking. If this is not your first session, please make sure to handle payment at least 48 hours in advance by clicking the ‘Pay for Appointment’ button in your appointment confirmation email. If you do not pay 48 hours in advance, you will be forgoing your appointment. 

Need to change, reschedule, or a cancel a 1-1 session? Happy to be in flow!
As long as you’re scheduled for a virtual session and cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you will not be charged.

Unless stated otherwise, in person appointments, workshops, group sessions, & retreats are non-refundable.

If you have decided to work together monthly and are receiving a discounted rate as a result, a card on file & a three consecutive month commitment is mandatory. If needed, you will be reminded to make your monthly appointment and charged for your second + third months appointment if I do not hear back from you.

The Cauldron:

After your first free month you have the opportunity to renew your membership. If you choose to do so, you will be agreeing to sign up for 3 consecutive months. After this 3 month period is over, you may cancel anytime before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged.
